和朋友一行三人在附近找地方晚飯其中一個朋友推介此店,便前來試試~~我們點了二人餐A ($328)有冬蔭公海鮮湯選一款小菜,我們選了泰潮海南雞(例牌)+2碗油飯小食可選兩款,於是選泰式炸蝦餅(2件)&泰式炸魚餅(4件)選了馬拉盞炒通菜還有兩杯飲品冬蔭公海鮮湯,海鮮不多,但菇&香料都很多微酸,辣度很足!例牌海南雞,雞件啖啖肉,尚算爽滑,也有點雞味這裡用的不是三色醬料,而是一款泰式酸辣醬油飯夠香夠濃味,且粒粒分明至於炸蝦餅﹑炸魚餅&馬拉盞炒通菜就一般吧沒有很深刻的印象但吃完整頓晚飯,就會覺得整體食物偏濃或偏鹹一點會有很渴的感覺呢~~ continue reading

聽聞呢間泰國餐廳有好幾年都有上米芝蓮推介嘅$300以下埋得單餐廳,去左之後發現個價錢真係夠曬好人,質素高過價格 🖒🖒每人有一碗冬瓜湯。呢個湯胡椒味有少少重,大家記住飲完湯先好食冬瓜,會減少d胡椒辣味。🙈我就叫左個青咖哩配牛筋腩,佢個汁算係煮得啱啱好,夠辣但係又唔會嗆喉,我個friend試左啖,覺得佢有好多冬蔭功嘅香料,味道好豐富。牛筋腩又大大件,同茄子仲有其他配料嘅比例係5:3:2,真係好足料😍😍😍我個friend 呢就叫左個泰式炒金邊粉,佢個shape真係不得了,包得好靚,見到嗰陣真係嚇左一跳😲 冇諗過喺呢種咁大眾化嘅餐廳都可以欣賞到d咁高級嘅手藝~ 味道方面,似係甜酸醬加好濃嘅蕃茄,都幾正😀😀😀食完之後又送甜品,係椰汁糕,或者正確黎講應該係上層椰奶、下層椰汁,質感比較爽口,味道唔會太甜太漏,幾好幾好😃😃我另外仲加左一杯龍眼冰,同以前飲過嗰d比較嘅話,佢比較清甜,唔會齋飲糖水,所以我都幾中意😀😀總括黎講呢度真係幾底食,d野食每樣都大大碟,好足料,加上佢做緊facebook like and share 優惠,搞掂曬就有九折,我地除返開兩個人每人平均都係$55,同依加普通茶餐廳碟頭飯差唔多價錢🙄 continue reading

由於時間關係,事旦揀左呢間,當事旦揀o既時候,就會覺得唔好食都抵死,因為無做功課《雖然有做都未必有好野》,叫左【無骨】海南雞飯好似58蚊,小食拼盤118蚊,加三色冰12蚊。。個海南雞唔知點解個雞脾位有骨,可能佢懶得去啦,但事旦啦,咸左小小《可能我食得比較淡》將佢當做普通雞飯無問題o既,雞肉係幾滑o既,本身都無諗住寫食評,所以無影。。。點知拼盤裡面個樣酸辣鳳爪令我要寫。。個鳳爪難食到。。。唔知佢係白灼鳳爪連水“不”上黎定慳錢所以泰色辣醬溝水,真係好很難食,除左水,泰色辣醬我完全食唔到佢有落其他味,有邊個試完個鳳爪話好好食o既我比返20蚊佢【認真,請對得住自己良心先好,哈哈】。。成間鋪貼住連續七年米豬蓮,一係就係佢地自己貼一係就係米豬蓮個幾條友年年都只係一人叫一碗麵而覺得好食到要比佢入圍。。完『p.s 我無食麵』 continue reading

一個人行完深水埗,噤啱又到左下午茶時段,一於找間餐廳食個下午茶先,平時好少食泰國菜,就入泰潮試吓先入到去坐低睇餐牌都幾多選擇,但見下午茶就一於輕食,留返下次晚市同朋友一齊先再叫餸,今次就食住個泰式湯粉餐先,個餐就包一杯泰式特飲,我選左牛腩金邊粉和泰式三色冰,坐左陣,待應就送上碗熱辣辣既金邊粉,以下午茶來講份量都剛剛好牛腩好冧好入味,金邊粉好似河粉一樣,不過比河粉幼細食落好滑好軟泰式三色冰,入口好香椰汁味好濃而杯裏有三種唔同顏色既粒粒,不過我食唔出係甚麼,唔知係乜東東,但都幾好味,增加口感最後盛惠$28 continue reading

和同事到深水埗吃飯,在福榮街聚多食肆中,今次我們就選了這間泰國餐廳。入到去坐下,才看到泰潮是米芝蓮推介,立刻有點驚訝,好吧,就讓我們試一試呢!我們四位女士,叫了三個飯及一碟菜,加$25叫了椰青來喝。無骨海南雞飯雞很滑,皮也不肥,油飯也很好味滷水鴨飯鴨肉也不少,啖啖肉,又淋又入味。鴨腎也不乾不硬,軟軟的。黃咖喱牛筋腩飯不吃辣的首選,黃咖喱不太辣,十分惹味,咖喱汁撈飯一流。牛筋很滑,牛腩也很淋。馬拉盎炒通菜又辣又惹味椰青吃泰菜又怎能不喝椰青呢總括來說,是驚喜的一頓午餐 continue reading
