深水埗美食林立,泰國餐廳隨處可見,但搵間好食嘅,真係好講運氣。今日同媽媽咁啱經過,見到呢間餐廳慶祝10周年,有3款主食做特價$38,咁抵梗係入去試下。我地點咗2客泰潮無骨海南雞飯($38),加$6仲可以配泰式特飲,我地揀左珍多冰同埋青檸梳打,味道正正常常啦,幾足料,消暑一流隨餐附送小菜青瓜和一小碗冬瓜湯,青瓜酸酸地幾開胃,個湯有胡椒粉味,不過不失吧。嘩 野食一到,真係嚇親D雞滿滿地鋪喺d油飯上面,份量十足,呢個價錢呢個份量,超值啦。雖說是特價貨,但一啲都唔會將貨就價,雞肉非常嫩滑,好味! CP值咁高,下次一定翻兜! continue reading

當初撞入呢間店,係衝著連續多年獲得米芝蓮推介這名號進去的,結果完全是地雷啊!!首先湯係超級味精湯,有一小件冬瓜係入面,只飲左幾口,已足夠令我口渴不斷,害我灌了半天水😢至於那碟酸辣青瓜不過不失吧~主角雞飯看上去不錯,份量對於女士來說是剛好的。油飯是粒粒分明的泰國米,雞皮清爽而不油膩,但!!!雞肉「鞋口」且無雞肉味,完全達不到頭最基本標準吖!連一般街邊茶記的海南雞飯的雞,都唔知滑過這家幾條街🤷🏻‍♀️唔通這店賣點係「鞋雞」!?sorry囉,我真係唔識欣賞!去食個叉雞飯無甘嬲兼夾平過這家 continue reading

好耐無試過食到成肚氣,所以點都要寫篇文,提醒其他人唔好俾間餐廳呃左入去。話說果日中午係深水埗搵餐廳,我同同事例牌行入福榮街睇下有咩好食。果頭好多餐廳,但維記、文記車仔麵,燒鵝大皇等等間間都爆滿要排隊。天氣好熱,我地唯有繼續搵。我地行過見到呢間泰國菜既餐牌,寫住話慶祝十週年,海南雞飯38蚊,心諗幾抵wor,甘就入左去歎冷氣了。間餐廳貼滿同藝人既合照,又貼晒米芝蓮推介既字,以大大個米芝蓮筋肉人作招徠。但奇怪既係,間餐廳坐得3-4成滿,明明周圍間間都要排隊要等位。我同同事都叫左個海南雞飯。佢地好快就送上湯同沙律,我就問個男侍應"咦38蚊跟埋湯架?"。跟住個男侍應就黑面,話"果個下午茶2點後先有架。"。我地以為係自己睇漏左,甘就無再出聲。個男侍應之後全程態度都好差。結果海南雞飯要58蚊,凍飲另加6蚊。碟海南雞飯好一般,大把餐廳既海南雞比佢滑。58蚊一D都唔平,但唔係話接受唔到。最難頂就係個侍應既態度。最後我地臨走係餐廳門口影番個十週年餐牌,完全無寫下午茶先用得。根本就係呃人入去。總括黎講,價錢唔平,食物一般,態度極差,希望大家要小心,唔好俾佢呃左入去。 continue reading

成一年冇返去深水埗間舖幫襯過, 以前食十次有九次都在水準之上(除左蔭野), 口味接近地道泰菜, 但係今次去食就真係太差, 唔知內部係咪有咩問題出左, 詳情如下: 我地果晚突然諗起想食泰潮嘅泰式炒椰菜苗, 於事就開車落去諗住食飽仲可以去附近食埋甜品你話幾好呢.....去到見到孖舖少左一間, 入去立即有位, 坐低就叫左碟泰式椰菜苗先, 然後諗住叫碟蔭鳳爪.....呀記得呢度啲蔭鳳爪唔好食嘅咁就叫左蔭燒豬頸肉(儍左唔記得咪又係果隻蔭法), 另外叫左雞飯同米粉。第一碟上嘅係蔭燒豬頸肉, 先唔好講佢嘅蔭做法好唔好食, 問題係佢用烚豬肉切條黎做, 哇唔洗講野啦, 本來個汁經已唔掂, 加埋烚豬肉大家想像到啦。然我見到有位女士拎左碟椰菜苗上閣樓, 咁我地叫嘅雞飯同米粉都到左, 雞飯啲飯同雞室溫嘅, 冬蔭米好淡口, 兩款野水準退步左, 不過是但啦冇所謂因為諗緊個炒菜都流口水。點知三分鐘後另一位女侍應由閣樓拎左碟炒椰菜苗落黎放上我地張台, 咁我同講喂唔係下話點收貨呀你比在人地咁耐仲好意思轉頭比我嘅? 咁果位侍應就大叫第三位幫我地落單嘅女侍應過黎, 我同佢講叫佢換過碟咁佢就拎碟野入廚房然後同廚房佬講樓面賣錯野叫佢炒過一碟(我坐廚房出面張台同識聽泰文), 咁個女人轉頭又拎番果碟出黎放上台(因為我聽到佢冇開炒爐), 我同佢講你又拎番果碟比我姐係咩意思呢? 你樓面賣錯野咪叫廚房做過一碟囉有幾艱難? 咁個泰國人女士就拎返碟野入去同個廚房佬理論, 個廚堅持唔肯炒過碟, 咁個位女士就話冇辦法只可幫我張單取消果碟。我地叫嘅青檸可樂佢黎左青檸梳打, 我同佢講比錯喎, 佢又係話唔好意思但冇同我地換返啱。埋單出門口果位泰國人女士同我講左兩次唔好意思, 我感覺到佢地內部協調出左好大問題, 士氣好低, 而食品質素明顯下降, 感覺似將會"再會"果隻 continue reading
