To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太耐無去翡翠!

自從約1年幾前幫襯過九龍灣翡翠,被他們的差勁服務嚇怕後,已經有好一段時間無去任何一間翡翠,老實講,上海菜,坊間有太多選擇,今次係因為小女子傷風,想食完早點回家,唯有選一間地點方便的中菜,6點半到,門口的小姐俾我未人齊都可以入:2位小姐叫:-小籠包,湯汁算多,但味道一般-雪菜肉絲拉麵$35-湯底都有味,麵條唔會太淋-白灼芥蘭$34-份量算多,芥蘭亦鮮甜,好!-八仙腐皮卷$45,炸過的腐皮卷住素菜,我鐘意點醋食,好味!-另外叫了2個外賣孝敬,好姊妹的媽媽,-豆沙鍋餅和無錫蟹殼燒餅,圖片好似幾得,下次問下佢好唔好食!結賬$230!服務比九龍灣好得多,起碼,唔會一放低筷子,便衝來收晒你檯面的東西!可能係CWB區,遊客多啩!侍應經常主動添茶,食物水準都唔錯!
