To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人去銅鑼灣食晚飯,又想坐得舒舒服服,又唔想等位等咁耐既話,就梗係上樓上鋪進餐啦。今次我地去哩間餐廳食川菜。渝北涼粉$42哩款既涼粉本身是沒有味道的,味道來自醬汁(芝麻,辣油,蔥花),雖然說味道是靠配料,但是我本人覺得涼粉的質地都好緊要!不能切得太厚,粉質太實。大碗花菜$78好夠鑊氣既椰菜花炒腩肉尖椒。味道有點濃,畢竟是川菜吧,比起廣東菜的口味是會濃一點。朝天門水煮魚$218水煮魚片,好大碟,建議4-5人點這個菜!看它辣椒好多喔!魚肉比較鮮嫩。配菜有粉皮(粉皮煮再軟身一點會更好),芽菜和青瓜。麻辣蘿蔔糕蝦球熱辣辣的蘿蔔糕好好味,配點芝麻味道更香。還有炸蝦粒🍤。蜂蜜柚子梳打$28柑桔青檸梳打$28

哩款既涼粉本身是沒有味道的,味道來自醬汁(芝麻,辣油,蔥花),雖然說味道是靠配料,但是我本人覺得涼粉的質地都好緊要!不能切得太厚,粉質太實。
