To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. o係天寒地凍(under 10度)既晚上, 試下有好多好評既依家鋪頭.試過春卷, 豬扒, 蝦餅, 粉包都好好食!間中有人食煙, 覺得好焗! 之後就冇, 因為開埋對面分鋪,廚房D食物就不斷送過去, 期間一直打開門, 一D都唔焗, 因為寒風不斷吹入鋪內, 凍到客人震下震下! (得幾度咋!)下次應該唔會再黎!
