Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大館雖然有唔少熱門餐廳,但中菜就唔多選擇,同朋友係大館睇完展覽打算即場搵野食又想食中菜就唯有係食呢間🤣The Chinese Library 成個場都好暗,其實唔係好似中菜餐廳,但環境係好有feel 既🏰我地2個人一開始叫左4樣野,本身最想叫佢比較出名既殿堂叉燒,竟然賣晒真係可惜😩四喜素卷 - 侍應推介,係用腐皮包住紅蘿蔔、萵筍同木耳,睇得出係好考手工先可以包到咁靚,但味道上就無咩味😅 真係好素下 魚香蝦球 - 好辣,同埋個魚香應該就係得面果兩塊脆魚乾😅另外仲叫左openrice 好多食評推介既蔥油脆皮雞,蔥油味的確好香!雞肉好滑,同時雞皮香脆,加返啲分😋 唯一不足道係覺得份量好少,唔似有半隻(可能其實係半隻春雞😂)阿拉斯加蟹湯飯 - 本身都係貪得意叫1人份試下,點知有驚喜!個飯本身好似係用高湯煮成咁,粒粒分明又入味,蟹湯好清甜!仲有埋蟹肉同帶子,一齊食好鮮味😋因為食完覺得唔夠飽,我地又補叫多左2道菜:東升斑片魚湯手打烏冬 - 其實個斑片都比較薄,烏冬都係正常手打烏冬,但個魚湯勁好飲🤤 清甜得黎好有魚味,我覺得個湯直頭可以分拆出黎賣都得肉荷包 - 呢個係成晚最好食既一道菜!!!! 佢係

另外仲叫左openrice 好多食評推介既蔥油脆皮雞,蔥油味的確好香!雞肉好滑,同時雞皮香脆,加返啲分😋 唯一不足道係覺得份量好少,唔似有半隻(可能其實係半隻春雞😂)

阿拉斯加蟹湯飯 - 本身都係貪得意叫1人份試下,點知有驚喜!個飯本身好似係用高湯煮成咁,粒粒分明又入味,蟹湯好清甜!仲有埋蟹肉同帶子,一齊食好鮮味😋

東升斑片魚湯手打烏冬 - 其實個斑片都比較薄,烏冬都係正常手打烏冬,但個魚湯勁好飲🤤 清甜得黎好有魚味,我覺得個湯直頭可以分拆出黎賣都得

肉荷包 - 呢個係成晚最好食既一道菜!!!! 佢係用千張豆腐皮包住豬肉、蝦、金華火腿同菇,再配雞湯,我要再一次讚揚個湯,個雞湯好正!杰身之餘非常有雞香味,因為個湯夠濃所以個肉荷包好掛到湯,配埋啲豬肉餡料一齊食非常好味🤤🤤🤤 而且每一舊都好大舊好足料😋 最尾我地連個雞湯都飲晒🤣

呢一餐既加分位全部都係來自有湯既菜式,唔知係咪大廚係呢方面比較專長定點😅 不過見啲人係咁讚The Chinese Library,結果真係食就覺得無啲食評講到咁好食😅 不過整體都會比好評既,如果想食環境絕對值得黎
