To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Chinese Exquisite Fine Dining🥢 Nice Place💕..假日黎到大館走走，一個活化文青打卡既地方。其實館內藏著不少餐廳呢。今次就試試一間中式Fine Dining，裝修華麗，結合現代時尚 ×典雅高貴，中西式風格又浪漫有氣派既中菜廳🥢。菜式亦多元化包含傳統：粵菜、潮洲菜、川菜等等，亦加入大量Fusion 元素，如喇沙小籠包 (滿有椰香加咖喱味道💛)、川味魚腸粉，滿有創意呢。週末下午時段仲設有Dim Sum 放題，而晚上來個浪漫中式Fine Dining，感覺亦很Chill 很Relax 呢。無論係商務聚餐 or 約會吃飯都很不錯既選擇。Business Dinner 菜式亦設有 Set Menu，菜式精緻又得體。總括，味道方面有一定水準、服務亦不錯、環境氣氛滿有情調又有氣派，下次商務聚餐 or 聚會約會，在中環都可以再來喔。..××××××©中環荷李活道10號大館1座1樓..
