To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日到觀塘APM一趟,他從網上找到這間 -《一杯》。意想不到的裝潢。感覺就似一瞬間走到日本、置身於大阪街頭上。店子為居酒屋,並以關西燒最為馳名。menu內的圖畫簡單而富可愛感。二人點了兩客午餐,另加一客關西燒。先來的是我的鐵板粒粒牛定食($98),上桌時傳來陣陣蒜香,還伴有大量炒芽菜及雜菌。每粒燒牛肉的表面均剛好微焦,中央仍鬆化、肉汁豐腴,一口牛肉再一口芽菜雜菌,味道匹配、滯膩大減。他的香蔥雞肉定食(忘了留意正確名字及價錢),酸酸甜甜的醬汁均勻分佈於附有薄薄炸漿的雞肉之上,外酥脆內嫩滑,個人覺得這個更合我意。兩客定食均包括前菜,是略作調味的四季豆,個人不太喜歡這種較「生」的吃法。有別於一般的麵豉湯,這裡的混入了大量蔥、胡蘿蔔及冬菇絲,富層次感之餘感覺還更健康。一杯關西燒($58),「一杯」大概就是「公司」之意。厚厚的關西燒表層餅漿透薄煙韌,內裡有雞蛋、芝士、椰菜絲、牛筋及黑蒟蒻,跟燒餅汁、沙律醬等混在一起同吃,yummy yummy。我這位愛醬之人還把味道帶酸的燒餅汁蘸得乾乾淨淨,「若然紫菜粉和木魚花可以再多一點便好了!」(貪心的我心想著)。 連加一大概$280的一頓午餐,環境之好毋

連加一大概$280的一頓午餐,環境之好毋庸置疑,食物的質素亦是預計之外,服務方面也不俗,侍應還經常走來添水。對於現今大型商場都是以連鎖食店主導而言,能有此較具特式的店子,實屬難得,有機會定必再來嚐嚐這裡的刺身壽司
