又去到銅鑼灣逸園中心搵野食,今次就揀左18樓既漁獲浜燒食海鮮。首先要左個幾特別既黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律。入面除左有普通既沙律菜同蕃茄仔之外,仲有我最愛既牛油果,當然唔少得主魚炙燒平目魚邊,平目魚邊超級嫩滑。而且用上好香既黑松露醬代替一般沙律醬汁,健康又好味。然後就要左5款sashimi,包括大蝦、三文魚、赤鯥、油甘魚同埋海膽。全部都十分新鮮,加上厚切口感更佳。特別要讚既係又肥味又鮮甜既海膽,少少腥味都無!之後就到主角2人前既漁獲浜燒盛合。入面材料好豐富,首先有珍寶大蝦、文蛤蜆、松葉蟹腳、帆立貝、同埋蠔。珍寶大蝦簡單加左鹽同黑胡椒,蝦肉夠彈牙,而且蝦頭燒得好香。文蛤蜆鮮味十足,就咁加少少清酒燒已經好正。松葉蟹腳更加連調味都唔洗,加上店員已經剪好哂d蟹殻,就咁已經食得,好方便。帆立貝超巨型,連裙邊都好爽口,配上味淋同醬油,好好味。最後有燒完都脹卜卜冇縮水既蠔。壓軸有磯燒必食既蟹甲羅燒。超級鮮甜既蟹膏加上味噌燒完勁香,放上烤到好脆既多士上面食真係一流。蟹膏份量十足,如果可以比多一片多士伴食就更加好。
