To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上湯勝瓜浸魚鰾 $90上湯鮮,有微辣薑味,魚鰾滑,食完太多熱氣既小炒飲啖鮮味既湯簡直一絕琵琶豆腐 $80好抵食,炸得大大舊,內既餡好豐富,食到有不同既味道椒鹽骨拼炸大腸 $80椒鹽骨普普通通,大腸炸得脆,但大部份都油脂不足,較瘦,有點乾,食唔到大腸個種獨有既肥美。南乳吊燒鱔 $110以為真係燒,點知外層係炸皮。。。有點失望,有點乾,突出唔到鱔既彈牙,感覺浪費左條鱔。。只可以說是一件香口的炸物。薑葱蠔 $130蠔超大隻肥美,無腥味,同薑葱一齊夠哂夾!鐵板豬手 $130豬手應該好受歡迎,幾乎枱枱都叫一碟黎食,不過一食,未如我所想咁好味,最得好既係豬手好淋,一切已經好易分開,不過味道我覺得偏鹹,亦都淨係得個鹹字,食唔出上面d汁咩味。。鍾意食鹹豬手既朋友可能會like

椒鹽骨拼炸大腸 $80
椒鹽骨普普通通,大腸炸得脆,但大部份都油脂不足,較瘦,有點乾,食唔到大腸個種獨有既肥美。

南乳吊燒鱔 $110
以為真係燒,點知外層係炸皮。。。有點失望,有點乾,突出唔到鱔既彈牙,感覺浪費左條鱔。。只可以說是一件香口的炸物。

蠔超大隻肥美,無腥味,同薑葱一齊夠哂夾!
