To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活的鮮茄豬扒飯鮮茄豬扒飯外賣比想像中好吃。白飯沒有變得破爛, 而仍是完整的, 而且乾濕度挺適中的, 拌上醬汁便是剛剛好。茄醬味道超濃, 我很喜歡, 最怕它淡如開水, 但這個並不會, 夠濃郁, 但不死咸, 還有芝士, 邪惡, 但十分搭, 好吃, 每一口都吃到芝士。茄醬中也有茄粒, 有咬口, 很不錯。而且還有西芹, 煮得很軟, 吃起來口感更豐富, 沒有臭青味, 加了是有加分的。然後主角豬扒非常好吃, 有骨, 骨位連著的肉特別嫩, 而且不是我最怕的又嚡又乾的白肉, 而是嫩得很但不像用了過度梳打粉去醃的豬肉, 相當成功。
