To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 28.3.2008 星期五趁今日老細仍然未返,買個靚早餐返公司嘆下先~我仲要係返左公司然後再落街買,呵呵~~唔...由於晏晝約同事出去飲茶,所以早餐費時食咁飽,結果叫左個最簡單的火腿炒蛋多士加杯熱奶茶做早餐。火腿係唔熱的,都預左,不過又唔係凍,都ok。炒蛋一向都覺幾好味,多士夠厚同脆。我最後係將塊火腿同蛋擺上塊多士度一齊食,正。唔知點解,最後都係食到好飽。

火腿係唔熱的,都預左,不過又唔係凍,都ok。炒蛋一向都覺幾好味,多士夠厚同脆。我最後係將塊火腿同蛋擺上塊多士度一齊食,正。

唔知點解,最後都係食到好飽。
