To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沙嗲牛肉意粉x蜜味燒雞脾 $51質素嚟港只值$30，不過算啦，呢一帶啲茶記都係貴得嚟又普普通通，仲要咁凍嘅天氣，我都係但求可以坐低食碗熱辣辣嘅面，所以去咗呢間連鎖餐廳。==============================個湯超油，沙嗲牛肉好普通，同意粉唔多夾。個燒脾係凍凍哋嘅，啲肉燒到有啲乾。簡單嚟講，想食肉、求飽肚，ok ；要質素，可能小店嘅茶記會好好多。==============================PS 平時有得揀真係唔食大快活😓純粹個人習慣

講真，平時行過大快活，我都係無太多期望，但今次食完，我真心覺得，呢間快餐店可以做到平民價錢都搞得好食物，真係比個Like👍！首先，佢個雞肉煙肉雞蛋三文治，簡直就係午餐時間嘅救星。麵包烤得啱啱好，咬落有嚼勁，再加上嗰啲流心蛋🥚，咸香煙肉，以及爽口生菜，攪拌出黎嘅口感，飽足得黎又唔會覺得太沉。至於佢個豬扒飯，肉嘅香味呢，係真嘅令人驚喜，呢厚嘅切法，食落口感足，仲帶啲juicy，佢啲茄汁唔會太甜，唔會蓋過豬扒原味。飯質恰到好處，每粒飯都彈牙，邊食邊稱讚👏。其實大快活除咗方便快捷外，當你想搵啲咁嘅簡單又滿足嘅食物，佢絕對係個唔錯選擇，證明咗好食唔需要好貴，尋常巷陌中都可以有驚喜發現。

今日做運動前去咗食大快活嘅下午茶，佢哋個雞髀好硬，蜜糖味都冇乜。但佢哋個西多士就幾抵食，加埋煉奶好香。呢個餐有西多士有雞髀再加杯凍檸茶只係$45 ，都幾抵食嘅。不過下次唔會再食雞髀啦
