To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日期:2009-06-11 在"大家樂"(荃灣昌耀大廈分店)買了"海南功夫雞‧蝦餅‧春卷(配白飯,咖啡)+$1草莓椰汁西米布甸"($35)。由於雞湯蒸飯售罄,所以只能配白飯。在家將蝦餅春卷煎2分鐘翻熱。1.海南功夫雞---雞肉份量較少,幸好是雞翼位置,肉質嫩滑。醬料分別是濃黑醬油、薑蔥蓉和酸辣醬。酸辣醬的酸甜辣味平均,十分惹味。2.蝦餅---吉列外層略硬,不夠脆口。蝦肉份量不多,蝦味足夠。3.春卷---春卷皮厚薄適中,十分香脆。餡料有粉絲和木耳等等,當中混有紅辣椒,味道微辣。4.草莓椰汁西米布甸---其實即是椰汁西米露加入草莓果醬和魚膠。西米份量算多,當中還有少量草莓粒。椰味和草莓味濃,略甜了點。
