To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室最出名一定係佢地既招牌叉燒滑蛋飯,用左日本雞蛋同牛乳去炒,蛋味濃又炒得夠滑,仲有半肥瘦叉燒同秘製豉油汁,每日午餐時間都吸引左好多客人前往.今日想試下佢地既下午茶,款式都幾多,有通粉、三文治、豬仔包、西多士、撈麵等,但下午茶當然要食d邪惡野,所以叫左炸南乳雞脾配薯皇炸南乳雞脾配薯皇 $38外賣盒蓋有一邊切開左三角形,比炸物疏氣,都幾貼心,不過因為外賣關係,其實炸物脆度都大打折扣,特別係薯條,完全係腍哂🙁比油浸住一樣,雞脾南乳味幾香,皮仲有點脆,調味唔會過重,炸得都算合格,大隻之餘,唔會overcook,墊底仲有沙律菜,不過都係比油浸住就冇食
