朋友是韓迷,每次一齊食飯,都離不開韓食,今晚一於來個韓燒任食。款式算多元化。一坐低,店員會即時倒蛋汁,一路慢慢燒,一路等蛋熟。如果吃完之後,可以再refill。韓食又怎少得泡菜呢?還有豆芽。烤牛脷個人好鍾意食牛脷,薄切牛脷快熟,好爽口。烤牛肋骨肉及烤五花腩牛肋骨肉有嚼勁,牛味頗重。而五花腩脂肪雖多,卻不油膩,用生菜包住五花腩加泡菜,味道超讚!照燒豚五花肉五花肉連少少軟骨位,面上淋滿醬汁,未算太濃味,不錯。烤雞肉雞肉已預先醃味,肉質頗滑,不嚡口。值得一讚的是,這裡所提供的肉類都算新鮮,有質素。店員不時留意爐面會不會太痴底,會定時幫忙更換新燼爐。茄子雖然切得厚,但慢慢燒完之後,再蘸少少汁,簡單味美。烤鰻魚及烤蝦竟然有我至愛的鰻魚,當然必點!鰻魚好黏爐面,建議不要燒得太耐。唯一要改的地方是,店員下次應該將生蝦及熟鰻魚分開裝,雖然鰻魚會燒過才食,但始終應該要將生熟分開較好。蝦肉好新鮮,又彈牙,記得一試。烤帆立貝帆立貝不算大粒,烤完已縮得好細,不過吃落冇沙,而且鮮甜,忍不住encore兩次。海帶湯食完燒肉可能會有點熱氣,最適合就是飲碗海帶湯清一清涼。韓式什錦飯材料是雜菜絲,一路拌勻,一路已聞到郁
