平昌(旺角)菜式豐富,食物有返咁上下質素,當日過去服務不錯,店員有諸多幫我地換gas,價格也實惠,叫了世子御膳套餐,人均300,海鮮都幾好味~加上呢度嘅抽風做得好好,食完身上無乜油煙味!可以encore!特別食法推薦生菜+燒肉+蒜片/泡菜+燒汁韓式海鮮燒餅放上去燒一燒,更加脆口,更好味爐邊燒蛋加入泡菜,更加好味!鍾意可以叫埋炸芝士加入去!叫個麻醬沙拉,加入燒牛肉,自製牛肉salad bowl基本上食物都無伏,叫左以下食物都推薦:薄切牛舌、醬油醃牛肉,醃過之後肉質更嫩、雞軟骨、一串串食有feel~熱辣辣的炸忌廉蟹肉薯餅、烤海鮮,包括烤魷魚/扇貝/油蛤/帶子,全部都好味,魷魚扇貝口感彈牙,油蛤有海水味,呢個價錢,海鮮都有鮮味,抵啊!五花腩都好味,肉質好,無騷味,又juicy飲品可以自助任喝,基本的cream soda,啤酒,無糖茶,檸檬茶,呢D 都有。燒酒要加錢飲。烤蔬菜容易太乾身,記得要在旁邊烤肉,順便帶點油份上去茄子同菇!燒到一半可以蘸上一點燒汁調味茄子,增加茄子的風味,而且會更加juicy。

好耐都食韓燒,要食就決定揀一間有水準嘅食,今日嚟咗旺角呢間平昌,有唔通餐選擇,每個餐都有牛有雞有豬,仲有海鮮。我地今次決定食世子餐,嘅肉全部都係靚肉😍牛前胸腹肉肥瘦均勻,薄切可以食到淡淡牛味。雞軟骨同豬皮都好正,豬皮香口彈牙,好爽脆。帶子係我地飛佛,連續叫咗幾round, 好鮮甜牛肉眼就好有口感,啖啖肉味。爐邊蛋好好味,係佢半熟未熟透時食係最滑,我係咁食😙醬油蝦同醬油蟹都淹得好好味,好入味,咸咸甜甜,不知不覺食咗好多!原來唔止飲品任飲,仲有雪糕任食,佢啲雪糕係韓國雪糕,食多兩件已經好回本呢間燒肉性價比真係超高
