食過幾次混亂拉麵,好明白到做人真係唔可以貪心,就好似呢一個拉麵咁 ,一倍或者兩倍嘅野菜都會食得曬,但如果三倍呢,如果你唔係真係咁大胃口,同埋食量咁大嘅人,就真係唔好嗌啦。 因為三倍野菜嘅 份量,真係好多唔係人人食得到。主要有芽菜椰菜,加埋鹽同胡椒,係鐵板上翻炒,其實就咁食已經好好味,不過放埋落湯,就會吸收到湯底嘅味道香濃嘅油脂味,連湯底一齊食,正。叉燒就唔算好特別,但係佢可以加背脂,即係豬油肥肉,令到個麵好香。麵既質地都幾彈牙,幾好食,不過我鍾意食幼身少少,可以掛湯。
