又到左友人帶我食好野既時候啦!今次係銅鑼灣既浜燒。呢間餐廳好出名,星期三晚上去都好多人,店員忙到踢曬腳,但都依然好有耐性甘同我地介紹同一有空閒就過來問候招呼。店員介紹浜燒既由來係日本漁民,係海邊即撈即燒,指係海濱即燒。所以店鋪既海鮮由日本新鮮空運到港係就立即養係水缸,要食時即撈即燒,做到好似原本浜燒咁。先來一客普通黑醋生菜,開一開胃。第一道牛舌。首先賣相已好吸引,大大塊牛舌食落好juicy,少少生,但咁先夠嫩口!伴碟仲有脆蒜同酸辣汁,可見師傅既用心。再黎刺身五味,因為我話想食海膽,只有刺身五味先有海膽。海老蝦超級大隻,食落好鮮甜!肉質又彈牙爽口,一隻已經好大隻好夠啦。三文魚都夠肥美。吞拿魚我就本身不太愛吃啦。油甘魚有三片呀!仲要所有刺身都好厚切,非常足料!最後食我最愛海膽!佢仲提供紫菜可以包住食,夠特別又好味。跟住當然係浜燒時候!第一式北海道生蠔。好大隻蠔呀!燒得半生熟,咬落勁多汁,而且入口即化!大扇貝真係我見過最大隻!店員好有心機咁幫佢清潔,再起殻。最後上碟係咁。帶子裙邊好爽脆,而帶子肉就好幼嫩。真係有姿勢有實際!松葉蟹亦夠鮮甜,不過比較貼殻同乾身左少少。南非鮑魚未煮熟時仲郁左好耐。

臨尾仲有個甜品呀!兩樣我都好中意!椰子雪糕香濃有奶味,而柚子雪吧就清甜解膩,為呢餐豐盛既晚餐畫上完美既句號
