今日去大埔食嘢,原來大埔超級城改變咗好多,裏面居然有間日式餐廳間隔擺設完全唔似喺香港。今日嗌咗燉牛肉蛋包飯、南蠻炸雞、玉子蟹肉炒烏冬、草莓法式多士、日式布甸同埋櫻桃梳打水。真係不得了!!!先講下燉牛肉蛋包飯,跟牛肉味道濃沃配合返蛋味嫩滑再加埋比較淡口嘅汁料,配合出嚟味道一絕。南蠻炸雞皮脆肉嫩,而且佢嘅醬汁有點甜酸咪咪,而且唔會令到人哋有油膩嘅感覺,呢個令到人食到停唔到口。玉子蟹肉炒烏冬,反而就有小小龍蝦汁的味道,佢嗰個汁好鮮甜令到食完想飲埋啲汁佢😁草莓法式多士充滿蛋漿,而且生果極新鮮,原本比較多油嘅西多士佢配合咗新鮮嘅水果令到容易入口唔會滯嘅感覺。日式布甸好大浸嘅雲呢拿味,再加埋蛋香,絕對係女士嘅至愛。再加埋杯櫻桃梳打水,原本以為淡茂茂,但係當攪勻咗底部嘅沉澱,同埋杯內嘅薄荷葉,令到原本比較悶熱嘅感覺全部消卻。最好係食咗咁多嘢,價錢都十分合理,500蚊都唔使👏👏👏
