出街食飯要諗食咩常常想到頭痛,中西日意常常無限loop,今日被星馬菜肉骨茶吸引著,黎到太和嘅果子試下新野,而且餐廳還是新開業階段呢。晚飯時間外面已有數組人等位,我們二人等了十多分鐘就有位,流轉算快,點了肉骨茶,咖哩牛腩配薄餅,絲網春卷及香煎豬頸肉。肉骨茶味道不算濃,本人較喜愛藥材味再重點的肉骨茶,不過尚可接受。湯內有數條排骨,已煮到很淋(正),另外豆卜亦很入味,伴碟的油炸鬼則是可改善地方,大大舊咬落不酥脆,反而是一舊粉。豬頸肉食細細碟,大約十片,分量少但食落有驚喜,超香口勁好味,不過建議趁熱食,凍左就無咁出色喇。而等得最耐嘅咖哩牛腩要問店員先珊珊來遲,牛腩燜得好淋,亦燜得好靚,一絲絲撕開,但問題來了,牛腩同咖哩汁是分開煮的,牛腩無咖哩味,咖哩汁都無咖哩味,亦無椰奶味,希望餐廳可改善recipe,不要浪費了不錯的牛腩。整體來說值得一試,下次亦要試下喇沙!
