大埔比較少有喇沙嘅店 呢間專係買喇沙所以特登想試吓當日同男朋友喺呢度外賣叫咗一碗海鮮喇沙同埋豬頸肉喇沙雖然估計外賣質素冇堂食咁好但係我相信唔係因為浸得太耐嘅問題而係真係廚藝問題碗豬頸肉喇沙入邊啲豬頸肉完全唔似係有煎過或者炒過 而係好似白灼咁睇見都已經唔開胃啲肉質勁韌 完全咬唔郁 我係咁咬搞到連牙肉都咬損埋最尾放棄咗完全冇食啲豬頸肉至於海鮮喇沙 啲蝦非常唔新鮮 肉質已經霉咗蜆肉正正常常唯一冇問題嘅 就係啲喇沙嘅味道OK配菜都可以但係啲餸差到咁 真係冇可能再幫襯 continue reading

放假又係時候周圍搵野食,同朋友黎太和走走,係網上搵到呢間果子餐廳試試,估唔到午餐選擇都好多,我同朋友都比佢嘅海南雞吸引到,就叫左海南雞摻摻,碗粉一黎到真係比佢香氣吸引,奶白色湯底一見到即刻要試一啖湯,好濃厚嘅湯底,真係好味嘅,兩種粉底有互相配合嘅效果,好夾。個雞真係超滑超滑個隻,唔單只無骨,個雞位置仲好靚,見到個色澤都好吸引,而且佢嘅醬汁一啲都唔hea,有三種味,我三隻都有點,三隻都好夾個滑海南雞,雞肉都唔會小,好夠食,我地兩個叫左兩個小食,一個係沙嗲雞串,佢個沙嗲醬好香好好味,雞肉都好滑,炸蝦卷都係即炸好脆好味。最後緊係要飲返杯咖啡,我就叫左朱古力咖啡,估唔到都好飲,朱古力味味濃而香,朋友杯杯茶奶茶都話好香好滑。 continue reading
