To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 半隻燒雞燒得幾好,做到外皮脆身入味,肉質未係最好,但點左個附送既辣豉油成個雞味昇華左去另一個層次,用最簡單既菜+醬就有好西, 認真唔錯, 綠色既尖塔飯入面有魚仔,班蘭味不太重

黃豆餅原來就係類似荳品舖頭既煎豆腐,佢都幾似,整到外脆肉軟滑,呢個時候會好想有豆板醬點下,點知點落串燒個醬或者燒雞個醬都一樣好好味
