To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前一陣子天氣很冷,不想做飯,所以來了食便當。未能飛台灣唯有就先吃一個台灣便當吧! 叫了一個百芳滷雞腿便當($64)﹐雞扒很大塊而且滷過很入味。喜歡台灣便當的一個原因就是它可以有幾樣配菜,不像香港的便當,叉燒飯就只有叉燒。這個還有半隻鹵水蛋、粟米、粉絲以及一些菜甫之類,粉絲跟菜脯都是有一點兒辣,正可以解解雞腿的油膩。跟餐是有部分飲品是免費的,叫了一個免費紅茶,要注意這個紅茶是台式紅茶!就是那種手搖店中已經加了糖的茶飲,所以是可以跟店員說要少甜/微甜/少冰等等的,而且記得要自己搖一下才喝,不然就會發現整個底下都是糖漿的味道。
