Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住閒日去, 少d人, 點知都要等成20分鐘, 但一場來到,又未試過, 點都要等la, 我兩個人, 都算快有位叫左 酥皮叉燒包, 「九」菜蝦角, 潮洲粉果 潮洲粉果: 足料大件, 只是對我來講太咸「九」菜蝦角,: 原來係炸ge...叫錯野添... 不過都幾多料, 同埋夠新鮮熱辣, 但都係嫌太咸酥皮叉燒包: 外皮甜甜的, 夠酥脆, 趁熱食好味, 入面餡料豐富, 但都係嫌太咸總括來講, d點心大件抵食, 可能我食得較清淡, 我嫌咸左, 我媽就覺得ok見到人地的糯米雞好大隻好足料, 可惜我倆都不太肚餓, 所以唔敢叫呢.... 下次多d 人來食會試下另外,我見到佢地有做私房菜, 應該幾好味 @.@ 想試佢個花生酥, 個樣整得好靚呀!!
