To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大中華飯店之前係電視節目睇過,就已經想試啦環境:有好几間店鋪,而加疫情,坐得好寬落。美食:我地8個人。叫左8樣野黃金鮮魷超好味,咸蛋黃味好足。好脆,好味炸鱔魚都吾錯,魚都几鮮味燒鴨半只好好味,皮都好脆。醬汁都吾錯。墨魚餅入面有好多墨魚粒。好”煙軔”黑椒豬手豬皮好肥味肉質都算好嫩,好味啫啫芥蘭。好細心。芥蘭頭都去左皮。所以芥蘭好嫩,味道都吾錯臘味飯超爆多蔥。個飯都好香,好味飲品:飲品種類少,啤酒要出去外面買員工:都吾錯嘅。店鋪好多,店員吾係成日都在,有咩就出去叫人。價錢:總體: 我地8個人都覺得吾錯。食得開心每人130 蚊 8個餸貴吾貴。見人見智啦。但我個人覺得味道係吾錯,有機會會再去。試其他野。

超好味,咸蛋黃味好足。好脆,好味

炸鱔魚
都吾錯,魚都几鮮味

燒鴨半只
好好味,皮都好脆。醬汁都吾錯。

墨魚餅
入面有好多墨魚粒。好”煙軔”

豬皮好肥味
肉質都算好嫩,好味

啫啫芥蘭。
好細心。芥蘭頭都去左皮。
所以芥蘭好嫩,味道都吾錯
