首先講下佢哋嘅裝潢 十分冠冕堂皇 配色完全係自己嘅心頭好 愛馬仕嘅橙色 配上 沉寂嘅墨綠色 再加上大理石嘅枱完全你覺得 你食呢一餐飯係超所值係非常之富有藝術色彩嘅一間高級中菜廳 好💕講返正題😝驚喜之菜 ； 脆皮海參本身本人係十分之抗拒食海參 除咗覺得佢好黏口 滑潺潺外貌不討好 每次都係咬一啖但係唐述嘅脆皮海參 我係成道菜都食曬口感經為天人 佢外層香脆 內側軟糯嗰陣鮮味一切開撲鼻湧曬出嚟令我平時唔食嘅都會食曬 皇冠之選絕對唔會因為佢炸過而令到冇咗嗰個海參嘅新鮮嘅味道 完全不會 十分
