To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再黎係主角花膠同埋雞, 花膠大大塊兼厚身, 食落無腥味, 雞件有肉地唔會得d骨, 同樣沾滿哂雞煲汁, 辣辣地惹味到不得了~~ 由於依個雞煲豐富又足料, 食完都飽左小半🤣

咁上下就加湯打邊爐, 火鍋配料選擇多, 而且佢既丸類都唔係一般貨色, 好似流心芝士丸, 陳皮魚蛋同玉米貢丸依d係出面都係比較少見既。

黑毛豬
一次過叫4款唔同既肉, 可以見到每塊肉都大大塊而且切得好靚, 唔會散修修, 而且解凍得好, 碟上唔會有一灘灘血水, 感覺更新鮮同衞生。

牛小排油花密佈, 口感最為軟嫩, 牛脂味香! 牛頸脊勝在牛味濃郁, 牛板鍵則較有咬口, 每款都各有突出之處, 但我就中意牛小排有牛香又軟嫩🤤

必點之選, 魚皮夠大塊唔會碎濕濕, 入口香脆, 一食就知新鮮炸起無耐, 唔係擺左好耐硬掘掘個d~~ 浸一浸湯仲正!

整體黎講無論雞煲, 肉既質素, 火鍋配料都係放題界少有咁高質, 淨係個雞煲都值回票價, 回頭幫襯是常識吧!
