To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.   一向比較少在大快活吃早餐,恰好經過這裏,肚子又餓了,卻還沒有到午餐時間,便來這裏吃早餐。  我一直對魚柳情有獨鍾,於是點了魚柳香腸配多士,喝熱奶茶。  魚柳夠大夠熱,而且是剛炸好的,很脆,有口感。香腸卻是乾癯而瘦小的,但是很油膩,偏鹹,而多士卻已經涼掉了,不夠熱。是敗筆之處。  熱奶茶卻讓我驚喜,夠熱最為重要,質感軟滑,夠甘香,濃而不澀,使我回味再三。  以為餐廳處於這樣的角落不會很吵,卻是有很多太太慢慢在吃早餐並且大談兒女經。我耐不住這樣的嘈雜,再加上冷氣太大,要不然我會好好地歎奶茶,然後細細地讀一本書,簡直是無以上之的享受。  希望下次來的時候不會這麼吵吧。
