To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍夜晚都仲可以飲茶!喺南豐大廈呢間粵菜餐廳夜晚除咗可以食小炒,仲可以叫點心,啱啱我呢啲放假朝早起唔到身嘅人食!點心都好精緻同有特色,鴿吞鳳梨($49)用個籠仔裝住鴿仔look嘅鳳梨酥,外皮鬆化,鳳梨餡食落仲有一絲絲果肉。櫻花蝦燒賣($68)同出邊燒賣唔同,用咗翠綠嘅皮包住冬菇鮮蝦肉餡,面頭仲有櫻花蝦。另外叫嘅筍尖鮮蝦餃($59)同紅油抄手($59)同樣味道都唔錯。餐廳仲有招牌蜜餞豚肉叉燒($108),用咗半肥瘦嘅肉而且有少少酒香味,咬落好鬆軟。
