To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於沙田石門京瑞廣場二期二樓201號舖的富臨皇宮 (Fulum Palace),主打廣東菜。富臨皇宮的位置頗為寬闊,燈光明亮,感覺舒適。和味鮑魚伴秋葵這道前菜是新推出的,味道相當不錯。鮑魚鹹鹹香香,鮑汁香濃,感覺冰凍,夏天吃相當醒神。侍應還會附上少許刺身豉油,如有需要可以點少許吊味。鮑魚上方則是一小碟秋葵,感覺也是冰冰的,夠開胃。平日的晚市,加一元就可以三選一,今次則選了一客極品燒鵝皇 (例牌)。極品燒鵝皇燒鵝香而不膩,伴飯吃相當一流。例牌的份量約有十多件鵝件,如果四人來吃飯,每人至少能吃四件。燒鵝口感濕潤,底下還會有一個小蠟燭,微微溫熱著燒鵝,吃到最後一件也是暖暖的。。花膠響螺老雞湯燉湯相當足料,味道鮮甜滋潤,能嚐到雞的味道,花膠的份量也相當慷慨。一盅湯大約能分十二碗,可以慢慢品嚐。店員也會提供一個小盤子,可以把湯料盛起。海參花菇鵝掌煲這款小菜份量十足,海參的份量也相當豪氣。個人頗為喜愛吃吸滿鮑汁的花菇,肉質飽滿。鵝掌也炆得頗為軟身,不會太過硬。朋友則覺得海參可以煮得再軟少許,口感會更佳。西蘭花炒蚌片蝦球蚌片和蝦球堆疊成一個小山,頗為吸引,充滿鑊氣西蘭花不會過硬,蝦球質感爽口彈牙,蚌
