同事大早前已經book定位,等收工後去九龍城嘅牛精皇打邊爐。。。而職員都喺第二層留咗間大房俾我哋,房間位置啱啱夠放一張大枱,仲勁開心咁見到有三部電視,啱哂鐘意電視撈飯嘅我。職員等我哋揀好哂要嘅調味配料同湯底後,就開始遞上幾碟牛什俾我哋。原來自己以前係咁唔識食,因為從來都對牛什無好感,更加唔會喺打邊爐嘅時候食。如果唔係同事好客氣咁夾咗啲金錢肚同牛肺俾我,我都唔知牛什用嚟打邊爐原來可以咁好食。因為咁就驅使我第一次上嚟寫食評嘞食完牛什之後,就嗌咗尐薄身嘅肉眼邊肥牛,味道有尐似平時喺出邊普通打邊爐嘅肥牛咁,所以我鍾意食頂級牛肉多尐。因為頂級牛肉肥瘦啱啱好,入口即溶。。。正!。不過,肥牛都算靚,因為色澤上已經好出色,望落去就好有肚餓感除咗牛,仲有脆鯇魚、雲吞,韮菜餃,墨魚丸,仲有什菜盤都值得試!食咗一輪肉,點少得食我最愛嘅芝士丸。呢道嘅芝士丸唔同到我要請埋我個袋食。我估唔到今次啲芝士咁有彈力,稍為界開尐,芝士向上射,射到我個袋 因為嗌嘅份量唔多,呢粒芝士丸係嗰餐我唯一嘅芝士丸,所以就算剩低呢粒無咗靈魂嘅芝士丸都照食但係爛船都有三分釘,粒丸仍然係彈牙嘅!另外一個我最愛嘅菜式就係響鈴,喺湯浸一浸就可

另外一個我最愛嘅菜式就係響鈴,喺湯浸一浸就可以吸哂湯嘅精華,內脆外淋咁最好食食到呢道,我已經飽到食唔到其他嘢。不過,識食嘅同事又點會放過呢道嘅手打烏冬,佢哋一個二個都話好食!唉,下次真係要留番個肚試!
