最近疫情好返啲，終於可以同朋友少少地兩三個知己聚會下，朋友通知，銅鑼灣有間打邊爐餐廳新開張叫～火鍋隨意門呢間餐廳以四個國家嘅裝修為主題，原來隨意門嘅意思，就係一打開門，就去到另外一個國家，好有意思，好特別！特別推介～招牌花膠雞湯鍋❤️花膠熬製嘅湯底，花膠大大塊，湯啖啖充滿膠原，店員介紹，雞肉係預先用湯淋到半熟再上枱，食先放雞肉擺入去煮，兩分鐘左右就食得，咁樣食，果然係非常滑溜！👍呢度會收每位$25醬油茶介，呢個價錢真係CP值十足，除咗平時嘅醬料都會供應之外，仲有三款小食～蟹子玉子豆腐沙律、涼拌黑木耳和涼拌醃製酸菜，各有特色！我地另外仲食左脆肉鯇魚、海鮮拼盤、豬皮、桂花蚌，款款都夠新鮮，而家新開幕，仲免加一添👍下次一定要帶埋爹哋媽咪過嚟試吓先👍
