To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期四晚去咗D2 一期厨十三老壇酸菜魚，發現佢多咗d干鍋同埋烤魚，價錢仲比其他地方平，所以就入咗去試下坐低先發現原來依家仲有個特價四位套餐，468蚊有個大份酸菜魚同埋4款前菜加小食，計落人均100零蚊超抵食我地四個人即刻有選擇困難症唔知摼套餐好，定干鍋好？结果投票叫咗個套餐先！落單後约二十分鐘來齊所有嘢食，我地個個都覺得嘩嘩聲，酸菜魚勁大盤，另外4碟小食份量一啲都唔少！魚肉好滑配埋粉絲好夾，酥肉即叫即做好酥脆！最後仲叫咗2碗红糖冰粉結尾，口感特別Q彈過癮！最後埋單每人平均唔洗150蚊就食飽飽照抵👍我地已經约咗下星期再去試干鍋&烤魚，非常期待
