To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇黎食,呢日行放工經過,就黎呢度食個輕lunch。12點未夠,門前已經有少許人潮;但估唔到嘅係,我聽到勁多國語人喺門口等位。我哋2個人,所以都唔係等咗好耐。男朋友仔食咗嘢,所以只係我一個人叫一個人食,佢就陪坐。金銀蛋瘦肉粥 - 味道好好,粥夠滑,咸蛋同皮皮蛋份量適中,細細粒咁,足以帶出粥嘅香味。酥皮焗叉燒包 - 一直都好欣賞呢個叉燒包,第二度都食唔到咁特別。但今次食覺得佢好似甜咗啲啲咁。如果可以冇咁甜,就perfect啦。酥皮做得依舊咁好!😘不過真心說多咗好多自由人,坐隔離枱嗰2位小姐都係。成間嘢已經冇乜local,感覺冇咁好。
