To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前陣子,跟G先生及J小姐相約吃午餐,在我揀選餐廳之時,發現原來銅鑼灣的悠蔬食在尖沙咀開了分店,名叫雅.悠蔬食。 於是,經過大家一致同意後,一行四人就在週六的午市時間到來品嚐一頓清新素菜。 餐廳以白色加上粉紫色為主調,裝潢雅致;設有不少沙發座位及卡座,環境舒適。 午市時間為11:30-15:00,有Lunch Set (六款主菜)、Lunch Alacarte及點心散點選擇,甚為多元化,令人眼花撩亂。最後,我們每人點選了一份Lunch Set,散點了款點心。Lunch Set包括前菜、主菜,還可加錢選配飲品及甜品。 前菜—泰式香茅浸冬瓜及腐皮洋薏米壽司 兩款前菜其中涼浸浸的冬瓜吃來開胃之餘,亦有消暑清熱之效;而洋薏米做成的腐皮壽司口感較結實煙韌,味道不錯。 南瓜甜薯毛豆忌廉湯 湯品有兩種選擇,一中一西以迎合客人口味。西式的是南瓜甜薯毛豆忌廉湯,南瓜味道濃郁,混合了香甜甜薯及毛豆味道,味道挺配合的,加上忌廉湯口感順滑,美味! 豆腐竹笙羹材料挺豐富,除了豆腐、竹笙外,還有紅蘿蔔及蔬菜,由於是羹,所以質感較稠,容易有飽肚之感。 主菜 台式大滷麵配香脆腐皮卷及天婦羅南瓜 $98 香脆腐皮卷天婦羅

點心拼盤有上素蒸餃、素叉燒包、松露蘑菇包、素翅香菇燒賣四款點心,其中以松露蘑菇包最為特別,不但做成菇的外型,裡面的松露更是清香撲鼻;其餘三款點心味道均可,若拼盤內的點心可以有更多選擇 (例如六款選四款) 會比較好。

另一款西式焗飯,剛焗好上檯要趁熱吃,葡汁夠香夠惹味,配上煙韌的珍珠米飯,中間加入不少蔬菜,最特別在於吉列猴頭菇吃來香脆可口,味道一流!
