自己最鍾意食牛大人除咗係啲牛同配料選擇多又高質,其實就係鍾意佢哋個湯底❤️今次同屋企人打邊爐,用咗可以係iEat online及門市買到嘅牛大人秘方紅燒牛骨鍋湯包(300g)($68),其實一包已經係精華,撕開包裝袋口,加入3000ML滾水煮滾就可以開始打邊爐,夠晒方便🥰今次淨係用滾水溝湯底,飲落去湯底真心好濃郁嘅牛骨味,覺得唔洗好似佢包裝建議咁加其他香料/雞湯都好夠味🤭如果咕嚕肉嘅精華係醬汁,咁打邊爐嘅精粹應該係個湯底,食材可以靠個湯帶出鮮味😚一路打邊爐都會見到啲食材沾到好多湯料出嚟,見到佢寫成份有牛骨、牛肋骨、洋蔥、紅棗、八角、肉桂枝、香葉、陳皮,食材索晒湯頭嘅香,真心唔洗點豉油都好好食🤪推介大家買啲豆腐、腐竹、薯粉索晒湯底啲精華,咁就可以用盡個湯底🤤 P.S. 環保嘅屋企人表示第二日拎咗個湯底煮牛肉麵一樣咁jeng,如果有多啲食法歡迎comment🗣✍🏻

今次淨係用滾水溝湯底,飲落去湯底真心好濃郁嘅牛骨味,覺得唔洗好似佢包裝建議咁加其他香料/雞湯都好夠味🤭
