上個月去熊本時,因為天氣原因食唔到原先book個間omakase,唯有返到香港補返數。留意開omakase group,呢間comment幾好,所以就揀左試lunch menu,今次揀左呢款貴少少有刺身嘅set。海藻茶碗蒸蛋滑嫩就基本,鰹魚味淡淡地襯批返上面層海藻羮,配料方面有蝦同菇。前菜:冬菇同腐皮,師傅介紹係傳統口味,食落甜口。季節湯品:由於而家係夏季,湯入面放左一款名叫順菜嘅夏季蔬菜,個樣好特別,仔細睇好似有層啫哩包住左氣菜,食落有啲爽口。中間嘅係禮魚,上面係梅子啫喱同柚皮,禮魚係鱔嘅一種,食落無鱔咁彈牙,但幾鮮甜。湯本身帶啲酸味,飲落幾開胃。刺身:鱸魚三食可以選配紫蘇花、酢橘或者醋汁一齊食。個人比較鐘意配紫蘇花,畢竟鱸魚嘅魚味無咁突出,加左紫蘇花襯托香氣。鰝鰺一款油脂感比較濃嘅魚,魚味都突出啲。關鯖魚平時可能接觸到嘅都係醋鯖魚或者煎魚,刺身食嘅鯖魚係相對肥美,會衝擊一般對鯖魚嘅印象,好推薦。白蝦師傅話一條就等於一隻蝦仔,食時唔使分返一條條食。好鮮甜嘅蝦味,口感同平時食甜蝦/牡丹蝦唔同,有種充滿膠質嘅感覺。八爪魚腳師傅仲show埋原條未切比我哋睇,原來真身非常粗。左邊係腳,右邊係

海膽量好多,但可惜當日呢款鮮甜度略遜色,但作為收尾有啲唔夠力量。

以lunch呢個價錢,質素相當唔錯。師傅同食客都有傾有講,唔會太拘謹,加上師傅會認真介紹食材,連魚名寫法都講埋,又會拎啲魚料出黎比我哋睇,如果想搵間friendly嘅omakase學下野,絕對可以考慮呢間。
