To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六到這裡品嚐早午餐,平日放題比較少吃壽司,因為覺得食飯太易飽。不過,這次朋友對這間餐廳很感興趣,而且我正好下午要到中環工作,所以便陪朋友一試。餐廳早午餐的形式是 壽司任食,而前菜、串燒、天婦羅及甜品則是每人一份的。餐廳將前菜升級至三文魚子吞拿魚海膽壽司,壽司配搭沒有太多驚喜,但味道都算不錯!串燒及天婦羅都很美味,串燒是即時燒的,雖然等待時間比較久,但新鮮熱辣的串燒,特別美味。主角壽司共有10款。當中最出色的是帶子。帶子很鮮甜,而且算是肉厚的,跟一般放題吃到的比較質素高很多!最後,我們還加了飲品,飲品同樣是任飲的。飲品的選擇有清酒、啤酒及汽水。我選了清酒,餐牌寫這是大門x文·純米吟醸,味道算是易入口的!
