港島工作,到了西環有四十年歷史的源興隆食麵。麵不是重點,這兒最出名的是牛腩及墨魚鬚頭。牛腩炆得腍軟香甜。墨魚鬚頭爽脆鮮味,彈牙有嚼勁,配上這兒自家調配的辣椒油,爽啊!提提這兒的牛筋也炆得入味,入口即溶似的,那種骨膠原的口感,正!墨丸好彈牙,都不錯呢﹗
