今晚和老公捉住中秋的尾巴,去了堅尼地城海旁賞燈及欣賞海景,然後選擇了海旁附近一間日式料理食晚餐。餐廳並不大,但坐得舒服,店員服務亦佳。食物質素有驚喜,配搭亦新鮮。吞拿魚沙律🥗吞拿魚切粒,爽口新鮮,下面是山藥沙律,配搭得宜,簡單拌些醬油和芥末,已很美味。刺身點了5款,由淡味的開始食,深海池魚口感嫩滑,肉質爽口;油甘魚很肥美,口感清爽;甜蝦比牡丹蝦細,但質感細綿鮮甜;帶子充滿彈性,味鮮甘甜;吞拿魚質感較稔,魚味香濃。壽司🍣點了三款,金目鯛,爽口之選,味道鮮美;赤鯥魚,炙燒過,逼出魚油,很香口;左口魚邊,炙燒完,入口即溶。魷魚🦑串魷魚用了汁燒煮成,非常爽口彈牙,簡單加點檸檬汁,已經很夠味。豬腩串燒豬肉串燒用的是黑豚腩肉,肥瘦適中,配山芥末醬,味道更突出。大根饅頭用蘿蔔蓉整成一個飯團的模樣,質地像糯米,亦似年糕,但健康點,煙煙韌韌,是素食者至愛。
