To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間成日行去pmq 時都會經過既湯水店,因為太耐無飲過湯水,今次終於的起心肝入去一試,加上今次有兩個人,可以試下不同既湯款偷下師可能位於中環區關係,小店裝潢既感覺跟傳統印象中既中式湯水店有頗大分別,甚至帶有一點文青感覺,連裝湯既紙碗文案設計都玩味十足,相信可以迎合到年青既市場。我地叫左大路既松茸菇瑤柱螺頭燉湯,同埋比較少見既黑蒜螺頭燉湯,兩款湯都非常出色,鐘意飲中式湯既一定會滿意足料又足味既松茸菇瑤柱螺頭燉湯,螺味甚重,松茸既菇菌味道比一般既用冬菇煲既味道更厚更香。驚喜既係黑蒜螺頭燉湯,非常清甜,蒜味香濃以不過重,同樣螺味很出,味道層次豐富,相信不懂配方的話自己好難煲到依隻味道,值得比錢人地賺另外叫左大大粒既燒賣,味道不錯,即使不點附送既豉油都夠晒味,不是一般既工廠貨式。湯譜亦設有外賣服務,喜歡中式湯水既絕對值得一試

可能位於中環區關係,小店裝潢既感覺跟傳統印象中既中式湯水店有頗大分別,甚至帶有一點文青感覺,連裝湯既紙碗文案設計都玩味十足,相信可以迎合到年青既市場。
