To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我9月4日同三個朋友去食晚飯,埋單1067圓,我地飯後既共同結論系“絕對吾會再回頭幫儭,因為D食物質數系不知所謂,1。炸金雞0分(D皮同食油雞皮冇分別,成隻雞既溫度只系比凍既好D)2。四季豆炒貴妃蚌(冇鑊氣得小小暖,D生粉可能最近系免費入貨所以個餸一上臺見到就已經冇胃口食)3。豉油皇炒蝦碌(又系比凍既好小小,又細隻又冇肉)5。椰汁墩燕窩(明明睇單個陣見到系熱既甜品,吾知點解上台個陣一摸個椰子系冇溫,打開個蓋伶開張紙又冇煙噴出,食一淡又系比凍好小小,味道同食豆腐花冇分別,燕窩同魚膠粉冇分別),,,總結。。。垃圾酒樓。
