To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六我同屋企人去左富臨食佢晚市既片皮鴨、咕嚕肉、海皇冬瓜盅，片皮鴨同冬瓜盅ok，但係咕嚕肉完全唔脆唔熱，d菠蘿味怪怪地，埋單果陣比左張食夠300蚊減100蚊既優惠劵，咁我地就問左係咪唔計片皮鴨（三選一優惠），其他食過300蚊就用得，咁對方都話得既。第二日星期日我地再去左富臨食佢地晚市既片皮鴨、龍蝦伊面、蔥油斗門蝦，落單之前我地問定個男經理係咪唔計片皮鴨（三選一優惠），其他野過300就可以用張優惠券，對方話埋單果陣拎出黎就得，點知食完埋單果陣個女經理話只要有三選一優惠（片皮鴨）就唔用得，最後3樣菜埋單5xx。問左你地職員兩次都話用得，埋單先話唔得，呢間咁既野冇下次。（另外有外賣優惠既野唔好堂食，佢地會將d整定好耐既野拎比你）
