To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同老公一齊去科學院探望完朋友後，就去附近既囍慶食晚飯門口的擺設非常新潮面裝修四四方方，樓頂很高，有好多水晶燈，感覺奢華，舒適，最開心係有部大電視，啱晒我地兩個電視迷😁餐前小食既花生青瓜食完好開胃抵食餐牌有我最愛既龍蝦伊麵食 冰燒脆腩仔$58 ，皮夠脆，肉質夠嫩金蒜粉絲蒸蟶子皇$30/隻， 蒸到啱啱好，不會過熟， 粉絲加埋啲熟蒜一齊食，好鮮味' 上湯加拿大龍蝦(伊麵底)$128, 終於等到我最想食嘅主角嚟啦!冇諗過$128咁抵既價錢可以咁足料， 伊麵底仲唔使加錢， 龍蝦啖啖肉，好新鮮彈牙 西蘭花炒帶子$128, 帶子嘅份量比平常酒樓嗰啲多好多有成十幾粒😲，帶子醃得好嫩滑，整碟菜都炒得好有鑊氣食完成餐飯後，仲有紅豆沙食㖭
