To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日出沙田同阿叔一家飲茶喺京瑞二期富臨皇宮午茶正價入。佢個場就夠大坐得舒服。除咗點心,我哋嗌咗炸子雞全隻上,炸乳鴿同埋沙薑豬手,呢幾款都正常味冇咩特別亦冇咩失望。每次飲茶我哋都會嗌勁多點心,但係今次就極其失望。先嚟蝦餃我哋齊齊一人一粒人食咗唔夠兩秒即刻lur咗出嚟因為佢個餡酸咗變咗。通常鳳爪醃得好就會好食但係佢唔夠入味所以唔惹味。個棉花雞入邊嗰啲墊底嘅芋頭酸嘅宿味所以我哋食咗兩嚿都係冇食。牛肉球正常可以入肚。今日大部分嘅點心都話唔好食每樣都係食咗一兩嚿就放棄冇食。之後就輪到煎炸食物有鹹水角,芋頭角,蘿蔔角,煎堆同埋同埋蒜蓉虎椒。呢啲通常都係穩陣派,只係覺得佢啲嘢咋得唔係好夠火喉,所以上到碟就超多油喺底。其實只要炸咋多一兩分係鐘會挺身同香脆,因為成口都係油好冧。如果真係想搵個位坐下飲下茶對食物冇乜要求嘅佢個環境都ok只係佢啲點心嘅水準真係有待改善。
