長沙環一間主打西班牙菜的小店,地方不是很大,但人氣很旺,晚上的位置都被預訂了,要吃真的要提早預定了,菜品挺有特色的。Panceta with Toast (62元)煙燻豬腩片配上多士挺特別的,腩片燒到半熟,油脂都被迫出來,整個感覺非常油潤,配上多士和芝士一起吃,既吃到油脂香,又有芝士香,更有香脆鬆軟的口感。西班牙封門柳 (168元)整個非常粉嫩,底下配的是鷹嘴豆泥和鹹鹹甜甜的醬汁,整體味道不會太濃,主要吃封門柳本身的肉香和嫩滑多汁的口感。魷魚墨汁飯 (258元)鐵盤上菜,來到非常滾燙,上面放了很多的魷魚圈,而飯裡面也有放到魷魚粒,整體吃起來鮮味突出,魷魚味濃香,墨汁濃厚,飯帶點焦香,味道真不錯。巴斯克芝士蛋糕 (88元)即叫即焗的,所以要等20至30分鐘左右。不過第一次吃到熱的巴斯克芝士蛋糕還真的挺特別的,中間半流心的狀態,又有濃濃的芝士香,口感嫩滑,入口即化,兩人吃剛剛好。橙汁(30元)無糖可樂(28元)
