好多時想食潮州打冷野, 雖然有好多地方都有, 但係一般都係地方細, 環境太殘舊, 好難約三五知己一齊慢慢享用。剛行過將軍澳新都城中心, 見到一間古色古香嘅食肆, 已被吸引了, 再看原來係食潮州菜的, 一隻隻的大肥鵝掛滿門口玻璃廚房, 真係好難抗拒唔入去食囉。餐廳真係好闊落, 閒日雖則不太多客, 但有7成客呢。二人就二話不說, 點了被吸睛的鹵水鵝, 上枱見碟頭也不少啊!, 肉質非常之嫩滑, 有咬口之餘亦品嚐到該店獨特嘅鹵水汁味道, 咸淡適中, 已經唔需要點任何醬汁了,碟底嘅豆腐, 醮上了鹵水汁真係不得了, 每件豆腐都係滑, 香!哈哈, 如果可以多幾件就好啦。身為潮州人無理由唔叫黃豆排骨涼瓜的。這種潮式煮法做得非常好, 因為每一樣材料都煮得好夠淋, 苦瓜有肉味, 排骨有苦瓜味!真係少D火喉都做唔到。小炒皇食得多, 就叫了一個潮式小炒皇, 睇下有幾潮式先。一般配料:蝦-新鮮, 魷魚-爽脆, 雞肉-嫩,,,至於潮式即係加左花生同菜甫,所以可以令到整碟小炒非常惹味!叫了幾款濃味菜, 於是多點了一盅菜膽杏汁白肺湯來中和味覺。個白肺湯一上枱已經聞到好香嘅杏仁味, 菜膽同豬肺都好淋, 真係又好食, 又
