試問有誰可以抗拒白松露的獨特香氣,在帝苑酒店的Sabatini 就可以一嚐性價比超高的「羅馬假期」下午茶,同時還附上一球白松露雪糕,單是這配套已經是不能錯過的項目。每逢星期六日及公眾假期的 3:15-5:30pm供應, $294 for 1, $588 for 2,而且價錢已包括welcome drink,可選 Prosecco 又或者果汁,最後再奉上啡茶這裡無論是食物與環境也是相當令人期待,在周末的4:30pm,人流可不少,在場還看到不少手抱BB,氣氛輕鬆也很適合與親友聚首。最高那層放的都是精心挑選的鹹食,而中層就已經有甜點的摻入,最底層的是令人百吃不厭的杯裝甜品與蛋糕甜點,是個超甜美的下午茶。 鹹食的造型也一絲不苟,小脆筒內的分別是阿拉斯加皇帝蟹配希靈魚籽,而另一款就是鴨肝慕斯配開心果,各有細膩的地方可慢慢品嚐,另外少不了蜜瓜火腿的組合和 Arancini 炸飯糰;中層有mozzarella n tomato open toast和炸蝦,還有酸酸的Lemon Tart,最喜歡這裡的lemon curd又酸又滑溜,撻皮卻鬆化非常;拿破崙更是帝苑的名物,維持一貫高水準底層是甜魔的世界,

底層是甜魔的世界,Ispahan 、Tiramisu, Panna Cotta and St. Honore, 通通都是餅廚們的拿手小甜點,質素不容置疑,當中以Tiramisu的酒香搭配幼滑芝士最為心動,還第一次親嚐這裡的St. Honore Cake,泡芙上的厚厚焦糖層帶來不一樣的口感,有著豐富的層次,下次再選擇生日蛋糕之時,在大熱的拿破崙與豹紋蛋糕以外又有一個甜心選擇

看見大廚手執白松露走近,就知道壓軸的精彩項目要登場了,馬上預備好相機,或許是我們太專注拍攝,大廚是不是遷就我們的快門而多下了 =P 白松露一刨成片後就香氣滿溢,這個雪糕原房是在White Truffle 的限定餐牌內,每份售價$228,要知道這個Roman Holiday Afternoon Tea 人均消費連加一後還只是$300,那麼你說還有不來的理由麼~?!

除了滿滿的白松露片,底層還有一些crumbs脆脆,有白松露的香氣,也有脆脆的層次,加上幼滑的Gelato,再來一杯也不夠啊~~

這個下午三個忙透了的爸媽坐在一起無所不談 [恰巧我們都是各有事忙,近五點才走在一起品嚐下午茶,多難得] 還嚐到一試難忘的白松露雪糕,謝謝你們,當天早上的心情真的遭透了,因為收到最心儀幼稚園的reject letter,化悲憤為食量! 一下子就忘記了~~~
