星期五happy friday緊係黎個bbq啦,但天氣咁熱,當然屋企bbq最方便。呢次我搵到間做promotion勁抵,就係買十盒串燒就送電子燒烤爐仲要免費送貨。燒之前記得要將啲肉溶雪,同埋要將個爐事前預熱8至10分鐘,咁樣先燒到靚靚嘅串燒。因為一盒有12串嘅關係,剩係燒住羊同雞先。羊肉建議燒耐啲,一面8至10分鐘,之後另一面就5分鐘左右,如果嫌唔夠可以其他幾面都再燒燒,唔使額外加調味粉,本身已經好入味好食嘅,再配埋佢提供嘅沙嗲醬確實無得輸。因為呢個醬好有花生味,夠香,而沙嗲醬略帶甜味,令同肉類好夾。下一樣就係燒雞串,我個人最鍾意食雞,因為雞肉帶有脂肪,燒起上黎係會愈燒愈香,同埋唔會咁易燒燶。無諗到原來屋企燒烤都可以咁方便。
