食野唔止係食野(好玄咁),觀感都好重要!青芒果沙律一上枱,好colourful呀!車厘茄嘅紅、橙、黃、綠、生嘅豆同生嘅紅蘿蔔。生嘅紅蘿蔔未食過,今次第一次食,辣辣地,都幾特別。本身以為有芒果肉食,原來係青芒果絲加青瓜絲。真係要讚下佢d刀功,切得超幼!重有花生碎,硬嘅花生同軟嘅車厘茄加埋爽脆嘅青芒果絲同青瓜絲一齊食口感有趣。米紙卷係我食越南野嘅指定菜式。因個人比較鍾意食扎肉就嗌左扎肉米紙卷。米紙皮好煙韌,平時食開d扎肉都係切到好薄,佢個扎肉切到好厚,重有香葉同紫蘇葉,好香。是拉差牛油雞翼廚師好細心咁將一隻雞翼分開一半,方便進食。是拉差係越南好出名嘅辣醬,原本驚會太辣食唔落但可能溝左牛油,唔覺得辣,反而好似搽左蜜糖咁甜甜地,皮脆肉滑,好似韓式炸雞!忍唔住口食完一嚿又一嚿!

米紙卷係我食越南野嘅指定菜式。因個人比較鍾意食扎肉就嗌左扎肉米紙卷。米紙皮好煙韌,平時食開d扎肉都係切到好薄,佢個扎肉切到好厚,重有香葉同紫蘇葉,好香。

是拉差牛油雞翼廚師好細心咁將一隻雞翼分開一半,方便進食。是拉差係越南好出名嘅辣醬,原本驚會太辣食唔落但可能溝左牛油,唔覺得辣,反而好似搽左蜜糖咁甜甜地,皮脆肉滑,好似韓式炸雞!忍唔住口食完一嚿又一嚿!
